Message from NHS Shropshire, Telford, and Wrekin ICB:

We are looking at ways to improve the support and care provided to people living with and at risk of developing diabetes, and have developed a survey into children, young people, and adults experiences of diabetes care to gain feedback on how to shape future diabetes services.

NHS Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin wants to improve diabetes care and support and we need your help!

If you have Type 1, Type 2 or gestational diabetes, share your experiences in our quick survey. Your feedback can help to shape future care! 💙

Your responses will be anonymous, and demographic information will only be used to help us make sure we are getting feedback from a variety of people who use these services.

The survey is now LIVE and is due to conclude on the 11/05/2025.
